3eco developed 3eco SPro to offer a reliable, human-centered alternative to traditional ride-hailing and delivery apps. The platform connects users with trained local Service Pros who handle transportation, deliveries, and shopping needs within their own communities.
The main focus of the project was on simplicity, trust, and repeat usability. Special attention was given to making the app easy to use for all age groups, supporting phone-based and digital bookings, and enabling pre-booked and recurring services for daily routines such as commuting, meals, groceries, and medical deliveries.
